The devil is an abstraction of a real
thing that exists in the physical
universe: the devil is that within you
and you and you which validates the
ersatz over the genuine, the cheat
over the true, the leech over the
contributor, the cheap shot over the
honorable, the cowardly over the
resolute,,etc
There are going to be plenty of bad
actors with myriad things moving them.
But it's the validation and
institutionalization of the ungood that
could be characterized as the
PERSONAL BEHAVIOR of a Devil,
should He exist.
